GUS® | The Original Gus Giordano Dance School is located in the Andersonville neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. Andersonville was voted “2nd coolest neighborhood” October 2022 and it is close to Wrigley Field and 15 minutes from downtown. GUS® has 5 beautiful studios, a gallery of photos, and a spacious reception area. Studios are equipped with sound systems with aux and Bluetooth capabilities, smart TVs, and computers with cameras and microphones for live-streaming. Studio 1 has blackout shades and full length black curtains on three sides to make a black box stage. Free parking is available on all of the side streets. GUS® is surrounded by restaurants and speciality shops including Starbucks, Potbelly Sandwiches, Sweetgreen, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, Pizza Lobo, Kilwin’s Fudge, Little Bad Wolf, Parson's Chicken & Fish, Chicatolia, Galleria, Raygun, and Women & Children's Bookstore.
