Amy Paul Giordano, School Director, is honored to continue the highest quality of dance education set by her father, Gus Giordano, and mother, Peg Giordano. Gus and Peg started the School in 1953 with a dream to provide not only the best but also the most expansive dance education to anyone willing to learn. Gus traveled internationally teaching millions of students but always dreamed of having his School in the heart of Chicago. This year, 2011, Amy made her parents dream a reality by moving the school to 5230 Clark Street Chicago IL. The original location of the school that Gus and Peg chose long ago was put on the market to be sold early in 2011. At this time, Amy knew it was her life's mission to continue her father's and mother's legacy of providing the best dance training while following their goals and ambitions that they made so clear. Amy is thrilled to continue everything her parents started in a beautiful new location and encourages both young and old to come experience the legacy of the school founded by the godfather of Jazz dance, Gus Giordano Dance School.
